Clunk noise in front end?
Check the complete front end. Tie rods, ball joints, bushings, wheel bearings, tires can even cause it. The most common cause is tires and alignment being out. But it also depends if your lifted or not also, I've been lucky that both of my stockers don't have any suspension problems yet.
As for the clunking check motor and transmission mount if its broken and if broken good chance also that your exhaust manifold is cracked also.
