Too bad you couldn't post a video of the actual noise you are having. haha

Did you check to make sure the exhaust pipes aren't hitting anywhere underneath. They will shake under 1st acceleration and would change during extreme crawling since the weight is transferred. If it's way up front, you're probably going to want to look in the the axle joints.

double check the heim, and make sure its tight...i have the same trackbar and it was an issue for my jeep

I'll check the exhaust. I dont think its the axle joints tho, cause I dont have my front driveshaft in and the clunk is only while under load from the engine. If it was the joints, i think they'd clank all the time.

what did you have to do?

I had to find a huge cheater bar on that massive wrench and a buddy held the top nut. I mean, I don't think its loose.
