Will a '99 XJ, or a 95/98 Neon clock spring fit a '98 XJ ? May sound dumb but I don't want to get it & waste my $ 'cause it don't fit.

what i wanna know is what's the advantage to using a dodge neon clock spring? Is it a matter of running a different steering wheel or is it just cheaper for some reason??
