I know my 96 will, when turning really tightly, squeal the tires. Most often heard in parking lots

The squeaking starts at about 1/2 to 1 full turn of the wheel

front axle u joints, then check all other u joints. bad u joints can cause both a squeek and a click. thats where i would start.

also the brake pads might be moving in the bracket which could create a single click while stopping/going. and if the front pads are worn to the indicators that might be your squeal.(you might hear this either on or off the brakes.)
