clicking noise in front passenger side

clicking noise in front passenger side
i have a 98 xj and i just noticed a clicking noise coming from the front passenger side, its not very loud but still makes me worry. i doesn't come on right when i the start the engine, usually starts clicking after a minute or so. any ideas what it could be?

Engine: 4.0
It's the evap solenoid working. The thingy attached to the firewall with the green cap on the vacuum line. It will start pulsing when the PCM goes into closed loop. Normal.
