Clicking and knocking noise after lift.

Clicking and knocking noise after lift.
Did a RC 3" lift with a TC drop. I have this knocking noise when I slow down or turning coming out of the rear of the vehicle. Could it be the
u joints or something more? Also this clicking noise is coming from the front end. I have no clue on this one. Help!!
