Clean Throttle Body
What's the best way to clean the throttle bore? Do I spray it with carb cleaner while running as you do with a carb? Thanks.
I'm working on the rough idle when warm issue and am starting with this cleaning. Next, I'll get some of that BG Products 44K.

Personally if it was me, and I had the time, I would take it off, remove the sensors, spray it down and give it a good wipe, get into all the nooks and crannies and if possible soak it in alcohol for like an hour or so.
If I'm pressed for time, I would just run it at idle and spray seafoam into the TB.

The rEnix you xcan go either way. Always use a new gasket.
These basics have improved the rough idle when warm issue. I found four grounds and cleaned them all. I disconnected and lubricated (CRC 2-26) every electrical connection under the hood. I removed the throttle body and cleaned it. Also soaked it in alcohol as suggested. Cleaned up the IAC valve too as it had a lot of soot on it. Anyhow, not much money with good results. Thanks.

Carb cleaner, brake cleaner, lacquer thinner, Jose Cuervo. Whatever gets it clean, and they all will get it clean.

I was thinking denatured. I work at Lowes and was hoping that I would be able to get the recommended chemical from work (which I can) for my discount and convenience. Thanks for the tip
