Chrysler 8.25 Rebuild
OK so i was driving my 95 xj today and around 60 MPH i hear this really loud boom and i lose all power to the wheels so after getting i towed home by a flat bed wrecker because when i had my girlfriend town me with her jeep the axle end where coming out. when i got i home it took the cover off the axle or what was left of it form one of the gears trying to make its way out lol. I come to find out i Blew apart nearly every gear in the axle except for my axle ends so I'm thinking it's time to up grade my D with a lockers my question is when you buy a locker what gears does it include because i even need the pinion gear i am looking at an Aussie locker for it but i am open to suggestions HELP i want to get her back on the trail for this weekend.

No, it's not just bolting new parts in. The rear needs to be setup, presses, dial calipers etc to do it right.
Go to a junkyard and grab an 8.25 or a 44 and bolt it in. Make sure the ratio matches.

Since it sounds like everything is broken. Your best bet is either a 8.8 swap or to get a junkyard rear but if your plans are to rebuild it first thing you want to do is make sure your housing isnt bent, Ive seen a lot of dana 35s that have blown apart with bent housings too
