whats the best gear oil to run in the rear end?

I'm running 31s and i drive mosty highway and live in south texas if that helps

I run full synth, 85w140 I believe it is. I don't really know how long it lasts. I've had to drain and fill that **** like 4 times in the last year from various upgrades.
