Chrysler 8.25 27 spline to 29 spline?

Chrysler 8.25 27 spline to 29 spline?
Ok aussie has a locker for the 8.25 but its for the 29 spline axles,I'm makeing a shopping list 3.56-4.11 gears and locker but most I find aren't for 27 just 29 spline so can I just change the axles or is there more to it then Im seeing.
