vacuum issue

Yesterday i posted a problem with a vacuum leak.Ifound the leak the hose on the left side of the throttle body fell off or out i pushed it back it and started it no leak my question is how is the hose affixed to the throttle body is there a clip or bolt and is this a common problem thanks in advance

There is no clamp used by the manufacturer. It relies upon the elasticity of the rubber hose. Cut about a 1/2" off the hose end so you have fresh rubber exposed and try it again. The end stuck on the TB may be stretched and brittle. If you want you can replace the entire hose as that is available at any parts store on a long roll so you can buy as many feet of it as you like. There are multiple sizes so take a sample with you.

I have found, as a quick-fix... Zip-ties. Until I get fresh hose.
I use colorful zip-ties, this way if I forget, it sticks out next time I open the hood.
