Ok I have a 95 country 4 door. The girl I got it from said the back doors always open from the inside and sometimes open from the outside.She was correct. Not being overly bright I opened the driver side back door and saw a childproof lock. I engaged it and closed the door. Yep it works, can not open from the inside and this is one of the times it won't open from the outside. It has electic locks. I have tried a slim jim with no luck and repeatedly hitting the electic lock button does not help either. How in the heck am I gonna get this open?

 

When you hit the unlock button, can you hear the electronics of the lock working at all?

 

Yes I can. All the locks seem to be locking and unlocking, Its just the one I flipped the child proof switch on. I just went out and hit the switch,3 doors lock and unlock the 4th the lock justs moves a little. When I lock or unlock my child proofed door manually I can feel it locking and unlocking but it won't open from the inside or out,
