I couldn't give ya a price, as i haven't had any pipes bent in quite a while.
I usually go to S&K Muffler in SE Michigan, they always seem to have fair prices. Just check around at a few places near you. Any place that wants ur business should give ya a free quote.

 

The previous owner of mine just welded one in place, dont see much for adapters or bends, I will get some pics, Its hardly noticable with the stock cat, Im running all new exhaust from the manifold back here soon anyway
