Ok will they fit or not?
Trimming is OK but if they are just bolt on replacements that would be better.
If they don't fit then why not? If the old fenders have to be trimmed do you already know where and how much? Lot of questions but there are several claims out there and no definite answers!

I have heard you can modify the new fenders to fit the older header but the best bet is like 911XJ said get the header, fenders, grill and also headlight pieces...geer has a complete conversion kit by crown if you want new..

oops yeah Gerr doh...I spelled it wrong..
His kit lists the parts other then the fender needed and you can use that list to hit the JY for the needed parts..
