just got finished changing my water pump and belt and now after i drive it for a couple minutes it dies...it starts back up and then it does the same thing...i checked the trouble codes and it gave me a code 12 which is, Direct battery input to PCM was disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles. dont see how that relates but i dont know where to start .. any ideas????

 

also replaced throttle positioning sensor and Engine coolant temperature sensor

 

cps is probably the colpret here could just be a coinsidence that it happened after you did this try taking it out and cleanig up the connector hopefully that will help you if not post back

 

Try putting the key in the driver/passenger/ and back door and lock it and unlock it 3 times each.
