Cherokee 98 electrics

Hi,

I just bought a Jeep Cherokee from 98 (the 2.5L petrol) and there are some unplugged cables. I figured two are for the light in the engine bay (top and middle one), but would you be able to tell me about the other (most bottom one)?

Apologies, I thought it was clear in the photo, here is the picture:

I assume the two blue ones should be plugged together to power the lamp (missing) in the engine bay.

What about the green one?
