Cherokee 2DR parts

Hey guys, is there any specific parts that Jeep made different from the 4 door to the 2 door that I should be looking for next time I go to the junkyard? Thanks in advance.

So is the side glass, and associated seals and panels that are different.

Mechanically they are the same.

Would the folding seats in a 2dr be a direct fit in a 4dr? Wondering if I would like to be able to move the back of the seat forward. Might come in handy to be able to do that even though I have no idea why.
