Default New to Jeep...here goes nothing.

How's it going guys? I am currently the proud owner of a Bright White 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I've had it for 2 days as of this post. I currently reside in central Texas but will be moving to New York for work towards the end of the year. I have only owned cars prior so this whole SUV/Crossover thing is new to me. Any important info would be grateful. Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys. I took it out on a 80 mile trip today just to get a feel for it. Gets up to speed pretty well for the HP. I think the transmission may have something to do with it. Who knows. Experienced pretty much everything I could have from construction traffic to winding roads and hills and even passed a semi on a two lane without a hiccup. Good vehicle overall. Thanks again.
