It will affect your thrust angle which isnt bad at all since your left rear is almost straight and your right rear is off. the only adjustment needed but not necessary would be to use the track bar to even the toe out but i dont recommend it if there is no thrust angle pulling issues. Do you have adjustable front arms? Im assuming not sinve caster isnt on point

 

Nope 16.5" lower rc fixxed and stock uppers. Adjustable tracbar I think I set rite then got an alignment

 

So are you sensing that the wheel doesnt return without help after turning?

 

More so just checking my numbers. Seeing if I need adjustable arms or if mg tracbar is right. I just went 3" to 5". So just checking
