I've a problem with the "Check Engine" light. It sometimes on, and when I disconnect the baterry, it disapears!! but it comes on again?

It can mean many things. It could be simple as the fuel cap is not on fully, but it could be more serious. You should take it to autozone or a mechanic you know to have it checked out.

When you disconnect the battery, after a little while, it will re-set the diagnostics. Whatever codes were there, won't be after. Whatever is setting off the light you need to find the code (either a scanner or somehow), then fix it, then you can reset the comp. and see if it still throws a code.

You need to find someone with a scan tool, when the light is on have them read the codes out of the PCM. They will probably be codes that start with a "P" like P0300 or a P0456. If you know what the codes are you can use a diagnostic procedure to correct your problem.
