cap rotor plugs all pretty new.throttle body,iac cleaned,all conections elec. cont. cleaner..

Sorry to highjack but i have 87 with sim issue idle is little rough not to bad but plugs burn white also and seems to miss fire sometimes. No havnt cleaned c101 yet. But wondering if a bad cat can have any affect on this also?

its all been done,read on a jeep service builetin re;map sensor test,says map input(5v),& "output" must be 4.5-5v key on???or replace???
