Dont try to start it.Pull the plugs and filter and open it up a little and let it dry out before starting it.

Check the bottom of the oil pan for a hole.I did the same thing my first time out and tried starting it and blew the connecting rods through the pan.Had to replace the motor.

Before you go turning it over with the key,try by hand with a breaker bar first with the plugs out so you can help push the water out of the cylinders. Also take the intake manifold off and put a blowgun to it to dry it up.Good luck.Allmost for got, change the oil a.s.a.p..

Good Luck!
I've never done this, but, don't you also need to drain the oil pan to let the water out?
