Default changing o ring on injector and rail ?

I,m changing o rings on my 89 jeep Cherokee 4.0,one was leaking sometimes when cold.I got all the injectors out but was wondering what to use to put on o rings ,k-y jelly etc. and what is best for re-install,put injectors in intake first or fuel rail first or doesn,t matter.I have the fuel rail loose,I didn,t have to remove the rail from the reg. or fuel line.

Use good old Vaseline. Last time I did mine I put all in the holes the stuck the rail on and then put the clips on.

Motor oil works fine, too. Vaseline is best left in the night stand.

Yes. It works very well and it's what I've always used.
