Sorry Blue - I have a '97 Cherokee Sport, 4.0L. I assumed that it would be the same instructions as the original poster with the 2000, so I didn't specify. Thanks for checking and thanks in advance for the info.

Don't suppose you could pm me the directions as well Blue, for a 98 cherokee sport? I have to replace my condenser, but may replce the heater core and evap as well.
