cel injector circuit open???

ground from pcm is white/blue. Having the same issue. Pretty sure pcm circuit is fried because the wires on injector 1 were frayed and might have touched together

where was the short located? What wire was shorted for the injector circuit to be stuck open on cylinder 3?
