i just finished my Aero 2525 last night. sounds awesome. very deep and throaty. not too loud though. I put on the Aero resonator too so it didnt sound real raspy. just deep. my neighbor has a Flowmaster 40, and my last cherokee had a magnaflow. Aero has a better, deeper tone. there is a sound clip on youtube.
search: XJ Aero 2525. check out the clip thats black with the white lettering on it. tell me what you think.

Aero Turbines are nice, but spendy. I would say find a muffler you like and have a custom exhaust setup by a good local shop.

2.5" from the "S" pipe to a Flow Master 40 through a custom bent tailpipe that exits out the right rear corner was $200 installed.

True true. But Jeep owners are professionals at finding things for cheap. 2525 Muffer for $75 thanks to Craigslist. 2525 Resonator for $56 thanks to Craigslist. 2 sawzall blades, a 2 and a half inch muffler adapter, and a case of beer (for my buddy who owns the welder) later, and brand spankin new catback for me!!!.....

Not all are successful at finding cheap stuff. I usually am tho. Why did you choose to go muffler and resonator?
I was personally thinking about getting a new cat, running some new pipe and just running a resonator of some kind. Probably magnaflow.

Aero AR25 resonator 52$ free ship!
