I'm betting waterpump. When the pump starts to go bad it will leak from the weep hole under the pump. Mostly happens when running but others report it dumping coolant after sitting for a bit. Could also be the issue for the belt squealing. FYI, the belt on a 4.0L has to be extremely tight not to squeal.

Good advice.
Leaks are almost impossible for us to help you with. And keep in mind that fluids "migrate" so where they APPEAR to be leaking, isn't always the area that it really IS leaking from.
The weep hole on a water pump is always a suspect. As are the seams on a radiator.
Cracked thermostat housing. Other possibilities as well.
Get it up on a hoist, get a good light on a hot/pressurized engine and start searching.

If it is 96' or earlier (I think) it could be your heater control valve. should be close to where your lines go into the heater core. It is made of plastic, and some are two pieces and they can fail. Mine was so bad, when it finally broke, the plastic crumbled inside the hoses when we were trying to replace it. That would have your leak on the passenger side, not sure if you specified where it was coming from.
