Default Another front end knocking topic.

I just picked up a 99 XJ 4x4 and I'm working out all the bugs one weekend at a time.
I am having some knocking noises in the front end when I pitch and roll over bumpy surfaces like speed bumps or where driveways meet the road if there is a step up in the pavement.
Seems like a bushing somewhere but all the components look tight but I did not check the control arms.

My sway bar bushings look pretty rough and are worn pretty bad at the bar mounts and the end links.

I know I need to replace those bushings so I will probably start there and see what happens but it almost sounds like ball joint knocking but I put a bar to them and they are tight.

Where can I get some good bushings for the sway bar and the rest of the front suspension?
