He mistakenly put the wrong calipers on the wrong side. The bleeders were facing down and not up.

No abs

So are you saying that there is a gap between the rotor and the pads?

When I push the brakes the caliper moves a lot but there is no gap.

How does the neighbor know that the pads are not seated to the rotor?

I'm not sure but he is normally rite almost all the time cause he does 800+ horse power drag cars so I trust him he also suggested that the new master cylinder was no good cause when u pump the brakes u can feel it build up the slip away. I know this make almost no sense but I'm telling this from a what they r telling me neither him or my dad are giving me straight answers and I'm forced to use u guys which so far have been a great help.

You replaced the master cylinder too? Was the master cylinder bench bled? If you did put on a new master cylinder, you will need to bleed the brakes on all four corners. Why did you replace most everything and not the rotors?

Yes I put on a new master cylinder and no I didn't bench bleed it are u supposed to. Also while I am pumping the brakes I have good pressure but if u leave it for about 10 seconds then push the peddle again it has no pressure until u pump them some more.

Ok with it bench bled, you are going to have to bleed the whole system. Start at your passenger side rear, then go to driver rear, then go to front passenger, finally, front driver. Make sure the reservoir is kept filled. Use a long clear hose and make sure you have a large, deep clear container to drain the brake fluid in. That way you can see the air bubbles easier.
