im sure this is a common topic but I cannot find anything. My blower isnt working.

AC works, Heat works, etc but I can't get the blower to go on. I Konw they work because when I have the center vacuum dial put on AC or not or the temp dial on hot or cold the air being forced through at 80mph reflects the settings I have set..

The blower motor won't go on.

Replaced the resistor.
Replaced the blower motor.
Tested the resistor. Good.
Tested the blower. Good.

I removed the HVAC control panel. I took it apart, it's very simple. Mechanical and vacuum and the temperature dial is electronic. I did continuity tests to be sure the blower and vacuum selection dials we're moving electricity the way they were designed.

All tested good.

The blower is not getting power. Nothing reads on my multimeter.

In a nutshell the blower isn't getting power regardless of the settings. The resistor is new, the blower is new, the switch cluster tested out fine. I swapped the blower relay with the cooling fan relay and the results say the relay is good.

I'm lost. Please help. Thank you
