Blower only works on defrost, blows blower fuse

Blower only works on defrost, blows blower fuse
Hey there guys im having a problem with my ac/ventilation
I was driving around yesterday and the fuse to my ac blew out, changed the fuse and the blower is only working through the defroster even with the switch set on vent, if i select anything else it blows the blower fuse every time
checked the relay and it tests good
vaccum is good
blower resistor is good
quite frankly im completely stumped. really need to get this fixed as im in arizona and we are still seeing 100 degree days here
please help me
