can rear 3 point seat belts be added to a 89 2 door?

can rear 3 point seat belts be added to a 89 2 door?
mine came with lap belts for the back seats and i really want the 3 point type seatbelts found in newer cherokees for safety reasons..
can this be done? if so do i need to get a seatbelts out of newer 2 door or will the rear seatbelts work from a 4 door?
