no, the gov't ones came with photon shielding and a metal skid like mine, the gremelins in that thing were crazy, had to turn the whozmit Capacitor down by 1.21 Jiggawatts... not a fun thing to do, in the process i knocked the coalian fractal out of alignment and nearly took out drivers side my ball joint...

Was trying to keep it light here guys,just the way I am!

but yeah, pull it out if you want 'specially if its crumbling apart or ripped.

I liked mine, but I finally ripped it out, if I can find another one in pristine condition I'll probably put it back in.....

just me though.
