not to poke... but not every single person will get the long arm of the law if they dont have a cat.. most people will, but where i live the population is so small that we dont even have emissions. i have never had emission tests once in my life. the only regulation we have on exhaust is for the loudness of it. as long as it aint killin no ones ears they dont really care what you do or dont have underneath your vehicle..
We dont have inspections here in arkansas..as long as its not too loud they could care less about that type of thing where i live...

AGAIN, and for the last time!! IT IS A FEDERAL MANDATE!!! Meaning, regardless of what you think, or Arkansas thinks, IT IS ILLEGAL, PERIOD!! FEDERAL LAW CONTROLS EMISSIONS, NOT STATE!! DONE!!
