AGAIN, and for the last time!! IT IS A FEDERAL MANDATE!!! Meaning, regardless of what you think, or Arkansas thinks, IT IS ILLEGAL, PERIOD!! FEDERAL LAW CONTROLS EMISSIONS, NOT STATE!! DONE!!
