I really expect someone to call me dumb, but I am going to ask it anyway!! I pulled the steering wheel to work on the horn. Before i started the turn signals worked now they don't. Everything lights up, but it don't blink. What is wrong? Don't tell me to check the fuses because I don't have a fuse box cover to reference.

Double check everything that you messed with when you took the wheel off.Sounds like a loose/broken wire/connection.Worth a shot.

 

^ x2, maybe u just missed something.

 

All the bulbs light up, but don't blink? That's generally a bad flasher module. Doublecheck to see if a bulb is out, that'll stall out a thermal flasher too.
