Well, it's no different from drilling holes to put flares on & what sort of protection do they offer? I really agonized about the mod before I had it done, but my busted up sheet metal was the deciding factor. Anyway, I made sure that they put silicone around every hole when they put the rivets on. I also siliconed the top & sides to prevent water from going in. There's a negative side to just about every mod we make to these Jeeps, pick your poison.

Quakertown, try email and put your number in it. I guess this might be their busy season? I dunno ... but he called me back promptly in April/May when I emailed with the subject: "Trying to place an order!!" ( info@totalfab.net ). I too failed to get a call back on the first try. Since then, I have always communicared in email without issue.
