I'm pretty sure I can figure out how to get the pump off. That's no issue. I found a bypass pulley at autozone that will fit perfectly that I'm going to put into the compressors place, as I'm not putting a new one on. I'm wondering, when I disconnect everything off of the pump, can I just leave it, or will I have to do something else to keep my heating system working correctly? The pump seizes up whenever I shut the engine off, and when I turn it back on, it screeches terribly till I rev the engine some more and really put some pressure on the pulley and it'll break loose and spin and shut up.
