The clutch I can hear click on, the fuse and relay are okay, the vacuum lines are good, the compressor is new as of last spring (exactly one year ago) and it was recharged when the compressor was put in (obviously). Still won't blow cold air. I can't get a direct answer as to how to check the pressure of the coolant, anyone know how? Also, if the clutch clicks then the compressor DOES turn on, right? I didn't turn it on over the winter (forgive me but I live in Canada turning it on at -20 wasn't something I wanted to do), so I think it's probably just the coolant pressure is too low and it all leaked out, but I can't find out how to check the pressure/level. Any help would be great

Sounds like there is either a slow leak at the evaporator (common) or when the compressor was installed the lines weren't sealed. If you are low enough on refrigerant the low pressure switch will not even let the compressor clutch turn on. Hook up some AC gauges (harbor freight) or buy a can of straight R134a with a crappy gauge already on it. If your system blows cold with the added can, then you know there's a leak and that's your issue. Not the correct way, but a cheap enough diagnosis.
If it's the evaporator, you might just want to add a can every time you need to if it's just one or two per season. Evap cores are a PIA. It can limp along quite a while. Besides, you're in Canada LOL.
