Hey all,
The issue with my ac is it looses freon, I can go dump a can of that recharge stuff in there and in less than a month or so its so low the ac wont even kick on. I've taken it in twice to two different shops to do the dye test and sniffer test. Both times they were unable to find any leaks. I am at a lose as to what else I can do Any advice / suggestions would be greatly appreciated It's a 99 xj if anybody needs to know that

 

Have the shops checked the evaporator for leaks? It's under the dash and hard to get to.

 

I have no idea if they have or not? I would assume that since I told them I have a leak and I want to know where its leaking at that they would check every part of the a/c system. Is this something I can check relatively easy at home? If so what should I be looking for thats common for leaks in the evaporator?

 

if you loosing freon like you say find a better shop
