A/C, Heater only works on HI

so i never noticed it before cause i always run it on HI but if i turn it to any other setting like low med medhi it will not blow anything at all. no heat no A/C nothing. put it back on hi works great. any ideas?

its the blower motor resistor......

ok now where would i find this thing on the jeep. do i have to do some digging or does it just unplug somewhere and i plug the new one it. Pics are the best explanation if you have them.
