A/C cold but not blowing

A/C cold but not blowing
New member and XJ noob here. Patience appreciated. Tried the search function but didn't find the relevant thread. While driving my 2000 XJ with the AC on full blast the air suddenly stopped blowing. Cold air still trickling out of the vents, but the air doesn't blow at any setting. Additionally, no cold air trickles out when stopped, but will slowly trickle out when moving. I've tried to research the issue, but would really appreciate some clear advice on what might be the specific issue. Fuses? Relays? Blower motor? Loose wire? Please help!

Engine: 4.0 HO
Blower motor, blower motor speed adjuster switch (has melted behind the control panel), or the blower motor resistor. Good places to start there.
