Buying used engine

really warn, for the life of you cant pass another car at all unless you have a mile to do it. i have bad blow-by, compression tests show that its 98 avg across the cly. also getting 9-11 mpg, thinking its time for a new engine
I also dont know how many miles are on it, dash reads 325k but my title says its exempt.
$550 for that engine, including shipping
