I have restored two cherokees and am working on my third. I just found where to purchase new bushings for the jeep cherokee. Here in western Washington we need our wipers working properly 9 months out of the year and every cherokee I have owned (89, 91) has had loosey goosey wiper action. I just installed my first set on my 91 cherokee today and was really impressed. They are an exact copy of the original. I put some anti seize on the insides of the bushings prior to installation for an even smoother action. Hope this may help someone out there in jeep country.

 

For anyone else looking since you looked so hard you can also order them from rock auto I believe Dorman makes them.
