Burning oil need help
Hi everyone so I've got a problem and need some help pin pointing it. I've got a 93 xj with the 4.0 I'm burning oil about a quart every couple days and I can smell oil burning. Not smoking at idle only when in the 4k+ rpm range and very very little smoke at that. Oil pressure is 45 at idle once warmed up and 75 under load. I've got a small oil leak from my rear main seal but not bad enough to even drip on my driveway. I'm lost right now, I dont feel any power loss (like rings) lost right now any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have a leakdown test performed to determine if the oil is going past the rings or valve seals.
