OT lowrange do you want to submit a build thread into the article submissions section for that bumper? Then I can add it to our articles site

I could but that's really all the pictures that I have of it other than beating it on rocks and such.

I cut the templates out on a CNC laser and used a 200 ton press break from my previous job. So, without that equipment I'd say it would be a lil difficult for the average Joe to approach the build the way that I did. Eh?

Good idea. You have most of the pictures and probabvly dimentions as well. All you need is the associated narrative. Come on Post them up so that they can be added to Tech!

Yeah your stuff looks great. As for the big a$$ press brake at your former work, any press above 5 ton would have made the bends if set up right. I have bent 1/4" plate on a 12 ton like bending cardboard.

Yes, the press break wasn't needed. The CNC laser, on the other hand....played a key role.

Bumper could have been cut by a plasma just as easily with a steady hand.

I have used mine to pull a TJ out of a canal. Piece of cake! want to find a Hummer in distress to use it on so I can add my Hummer Recover Vehicle sticker. As everyone knows stickers make Jeeps invincible.
