Can a bug deflector be used on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee? I cant seem to find one.

 

There may be a few out there... but you also may be running into the issue that it's such a new model year that aftermarket companies may not have production on accessories like that fired up yet.
I have seen a few of your year with cloth style bras on them...but those do take a lot of maintenance to not damage the paint underneath. but don't really do much for the "bug deflection" part of things.
