Booster, master cyl and proportioning valve are in and all my lines hooked up. (removed rear plug and used the one from my 93's) Went to bleed it all down, and now the line for the rear brakes is leaking at the valve. I remember from a few years ago there was a company that made pre bent lines. But can't find them now, anyone know of it?

Lots of junkyard parts on my Jeep! Though unfortunately they all require a little bit of work to install. Junkyard parts pictured: NSG-370 6spd (found in any 05-06 4.0L TJ or LJ) and RB1 navigation head unit (Optional equipment on WJ's and KJ's and a Mopar dealer option in TJ or LJ's among other Chrysler products).
The NSG-370 requires the use of a 05-06 TJ/LJ flywheel, crank position sensor, throw-out bearing, reverse light plug, and shifter. The AX-15 slave cylinder, clutch + plate, and sensor plugs (except for the reverse light plug) will transfer over.
The RB1 is not quite plug and play. It'll require an adapter kit (a Mopar part) to adapt the XJ 2 plug to the WJ 1 plug style connector and adapt the antenna. You'll also need a WJ PCM... This is the hard part. You need to simulate the CAN bus speedo signal that would normally be sent from the PCM to the RB1. The XJ did not send the speedo signal on its PCM bus therefore you'll need to piggyback a WJ computer to simulate the signal (the standard white/orange speedo wire signal will not work). You'll also need to fab some mounts and graft a WJ bezel into the XJ bezel.

WJ/LJ/TJ steering wheel. 4 spoke design. Overland with real burlwood pictured. I believe all TJ and LJ wheels will work and 99-01 WJ wheels (02-04 wheels have a different airbag hookup).

3rd gen Viper seats. They required some adapters to be built out of 1/4" steel and the factory mounts to be cut down a bit but otherwise not too bad to install.

Actual Dodge Viper seats
They are great for a Jeep. The backs are carpeted and they are very stout. The perfect seat.

I cut some 1/4x1-1/2 steel to make adapters:

I cut the factory mounts off of the Viper seats:

Cut the XJ brackets down 1" and rewelded:

Modified the XJ seatbelt buckles to work on the Viper seats:

I cut up the XJ side trim to hid the brackets:

And lastly I took some junkyard sourced tan Limited door panels and scrapped them for the limited door padding which i reupholstered to match the viper seats:

That's awesome! My seats in my 89 limited are leather and so gosh darn soft that everyone who has ever sat in my jeep before has said how amazingly soft they are. And they're electric. However those viper seats will definitely hold you in place!
