For the front brakes. I'm gonna replace the pads in my back drums right now and when I am ready to rework the suspension I'm going to put a better rear end (hoping to find a XJ D44!) in and all the ones I'm considering have discs in the back already.
Now the questions is whether I want to go with 16" wheels so I don't have to grind away at the bigger front disc calipers... that's a bit down the road though.

Oh.
So basically I was looking for more work to do it than actually existed, thus I felt like the article was lacking... that makes sense. lol
All I gotta do is just drill some holes to fit the striker and hinges, swap out the door guts (if I don't keep what the newer doors have) and bolt it all together? Nice. I really did think it would take a lot more work.

I've heard a few people say '95 and '96 rear hatches are made of metal, versus the fiberglass that was used in previous years. Is this true, and if so, would it be a direct bolt in swap?
(Anybody who has tried to mount 7lb 6x9's in a fiberglass hatch would understand why I want metal. The screws that hold the speakers in are constantly pulling out of the fiberglass over time, I'm sick of it.)

To what year?
I am pretty sure my 92 has a metal rear hatch.
