Just that little contribution of the 2.6mm sucking, and the slight bit of added vacuum from having the air cleaner element added a bit of vacuum to the front vent tube, made the RM stop spewing. My true story. It seems it's a delicate balance, or can be.
Parsnip, please make sure your venting OK, before you might decide to go after your RM. Twice now I almost went to the RM, and found it was the venting.

I already replaced it before reading all these lol. No problems with the grommet, luckily, but afterwards when I pulled the jeep out I noticed a small puddle of coolant. It's leaking somewhere else. I have been trying to avoid spending an arm and a leg but I may have to take it in. It's just midas is one of the only places around my house and they charge so much for the littlest fixes. Maybe I can get under it and take some pictures you guys might have an idea :/

Well the jeep is good to go.... I took it in and had the rest and now I feel so stupid! Just a loose hose clamp. I swear I checked them but whatever I'm glad it was nothing big. Also they said my freezing point was too low only at 5 degrees but the coolant I put in there was rated to -20 ? Does that mean there was still water from the flush ? If so how do I ensure next time that all of the water is out before I fill it?

Well usually I mix it myself but this time I got the premixed 50/50 it's winter time so I was weary but it said it was rated to -20 but next time I'm just gonna mix it myself again.

Again, it's not that the mixing of the coolant was off, but that you didn't account for the water still in the block

If anyone want's to really "neard out" over it, there is a specific gravity chart in my Sig. Not so easy to find for a regular hydrometer.
Glad you solved it. It's hard to see how a few cups of water could put a couple gallons of coolant off so far. (I think you meant too high at 5*) In the future maybe rinse it with coolant before filling..., sort of like you might pour some in the toilets of a house that will sit in the cold.

Yes and shops do that a lot. It drives me crazy but that's why I try to learn as much as I can about my vehicles and do as much work on it myself as possible.
